US Government Corrects Regulations on Private Activity Bonds

The US government has issued corrections to final regulations on private activity bonds, which were published in the Federal Register on September 23, 2002, to clarify the definition of these bonds for tax-exempt bonds issued by state and local governments for output facilities.
