EPA Lodges Amended Consent Decree for Environmental Cleanup at Former Occidental Petroleum Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged an amended consent decree with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, outlining a plan for the cleanup of a former Occidental Petroleum site in New Jersey, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA)
