Rolls-Royce plc Issues Airworthiness Directive for RB211-535 Turbofan Engines

Rolls-Royce plc has issued an airworthiness directive requiring the removal of certain low-pressure turbine stage 2 discs from its RB211-535E4-37, RB211-535E4-B-37, and RB211-535E4-B-75 turbofan engines to prevent potential engine failure and loss of the airplane.
