Federal Labor Relations Authority Seeks Amicus Briefs on Security Work Eligibility

The Federal Labor Relations Authority invites all interested parties to submit amicus curiae briefs on a significant issue related to security work eligibility in a case pending before the Authority, which is considering its responsibilities under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute.
