Florida Manatees; Incidental Take During Specified Activities; Proposed Rule: Notice of Public Hearings

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is holding an additional public hearing to gather comments on a proposed rule allowing the incidental capture of Florida manatees under the Marine Mammal Protection Act, following an initial public hearing and in response to recent requests from stakeholders.
