PBGC Amends Regulations on Benefits Payable in Terminated Single-Employer Plans and Disclosure to Participants

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation has updated its rules to inform plan participants and beneficiaries about the maximum guaranteed pension benefit they may receive in 2003, following changes in the contribution and benefit base under the Social Security Act.
