Temporary Closure of Rock Island Railroad & Highway Drawbridge on Mississippi River

The Commander of the Eighth Coast Guard District has issued a temporary deviation allowing the Rock Island Railroad & Highway Drawbridge on the Mississippi River at Rock Island, Illinois, to remain closed to navigation for 57 days, from December 28, 2002, to February 22, 2003.
