U.S. Department of Energy Proposes Arrangement for Uranium Enrichment and Fuel Supply

The U.S. Department of Energy is proposing a subsequent arrangement for the enrichment and supply of uranium fuel, involving the transfer of U.S.-origin natural uranium hexafluoride from Canada to England and then to the United States for use as fuel.
