EPA Adds New Section to Regulate Pesticide Chemicals in Food-Contact Surface Sanitizing Solutions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to add a new section to part 180, listing pesticide chemicals exempt from tolerance requirements when used in food-contact surface sanitizing solutions, and changing FDA's naming conventions for some of these chemicals.
