FCC Grants New Channels to Texas Towns

The FCC grants five new channel proposals to Dickens, Texas; Floydada, Texas; Rankin, Texas; San Diego, Texas; and Westbrook, Texas, with Channel 294A allotted to Dickens as the community's first local aural transmission service. The Commission will address the issue of opening filing windows for the other channels in a subsequent order.
