Corps of Engineers Publishes Final Estuary Habitat Restoration Strategy After Receiving Comments

The US Army Corps of Engineers, on behalf of the Estuary Habitat Restoration Council, has released the final version of the Estuary Habitat Restoration Strategy after incorporating feedback from the public and revising the document to clarify its intent and correct errors.
