Coast Guard Issues Quarterly Notice on Temporary Regulations

The US Coast Guard has released a quarterly notice outlining temporary local regulations, drawbridge operation rules, security zones, and safety zones that were not published in the Federal Register between July 1, 2002, and September 30, 2002.
