US Department of Commerce Announces New Antidumping Duties on Japanese Hot-Rolled Steel
The US Department of Commerce has updated antidumping rates for hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products from Japan, following World Trade Organization (WTO) Appellate Body findings, to take effect on November 22, 2002.
