FAA Extends Comment Period for Improved Airplane Seats

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has extended the comment period for a proposed rule requiring improved crashworthiness standards for passenger and flight attendant seats in transport category airplanes used in passenger-carrying operations, following requests from industry associations.
