EPA Finalizes National Emission Standards for Paper and Web Coating Facilities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (HAP) from facilities that coat paper and other web substrates, aiming to reduce HAP emissions by approximately 80 percent and protect public health and the environment.
