NASA to Update Grant Handbook with New Security Requirements for IT Resources

NASA plans to amend its Grant and Cooperative Agreement Handbook to mandate secure handling of information technology resources, expanding the existing security standards to recipients of grants and cooperative agreements, similar to those applied to contractors.
