San Jacinto Rail Limited and Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company Seek Exemptions for Bayport Loop Build-Out Project in Texas

San Jacinto Rail Limited and the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company have filed a petition with the Surface Transportation Board to obtain exemptions for the construction and operation of a new rail line near Houston, Texas, to serve the petro-chemical industries in the Bayport Industrial District.
