EPA Withdraws North Dakota Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision Due to Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its October 7, 2002, direct final rule to approve revisions to North Dakota's air pollution control rules following adverse comments from the Dakota Resource Council, submitted on November 6, 2002.
