EPA to Delete Industrial Latex Corp. Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region II Office is seeking public comment on its plan to remove the Industrial Latex Corp. site in Wallington, New Jersey, from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all necessary remedial actions and determination that no further action is required under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA).
