EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Monterey Bay and Ventura County Air Pollution Districts

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the air pollution control plans for Monterey Bay Unified Air Pollution District (MBUAPCD) and Ventura County Air Pollution Control District (VCAPCD) in California, which include new requirements for continuous emissions monitoring systems and the use of credible evidence to demonstrate compliance with emission limits, under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990.
