National Nuclear Security Administration Plans to Construct Permeable Reactive Barrier at Los Alamos National Laboratory

The Department of Energy plans to build a permeable reactive barrier in a floodplain area at Los Alamos National Laboratory to reduce contaminant load in shallow groundwater, as part of a five-year site-specific technology demonstration project.
