HHS Solicits Proposals for New Safe Harbors and Special Fraud Alerts

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking proposals to develop new safe harbor provisions under the anti-kickback statute and new OIG Special Fraud Alerts, as well as public comments on potential guidance for credentialing practices, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
