Coast Guard Proposes Security Zones in Houston-Galveston Ports

The U.S. Coast Guard is issuing a supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking to establish security zones within the Ports of Houston, Morgan's Point, Bayport, Texas City, and Freeport, Texas, to protect waterfront facilities, persons, and vessels from potential terrorist threats.
