Indian Health Service to Review Comments on Medical Staff Credentials and Privileges Files

The Indian Health Service is reviewing public comments on its proposed collection of information related to medical staff credentials and privileges, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and minimize respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
