USDA Announces Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for Biological Control of Rush Skeletonweed

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has completed an environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact for the release of the Chondrilla root moth as a biological control agent to combat rush skeletonweed infestations, allowing for the avoidance of a full environmental impact statement.
