Notice of New Release and Additional Qualified Documents for Electronic Filing of Documents

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced the release of new qualified documents for electronic filing, allowing companies to submit additional documents electronically, in line with the Electronic Filing of Documents rule, which went into effect on January 1, 2022, and is enforced by the SEC.
