NPRM Aims to Adjust DBE Size Standard for Airport Concessions

The Department of Transportation is seeking public comment on a proposal to adjust the size standard for disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs) participating in airport concessions, which would impact businesses with annual gross receipts of $30 million or less.
