EPA Region III Announces Partial Deletion of WVOW Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region III has removed parts of the West Virginia Ordnance Works (WVOW) site from the National Priorities List (NPL) due to successful cleanup efforts and ongoing protective response actions, as mandated by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA).
