SEC Approves NASD Rule Change to Include Non-Member Firms

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved a proposed rule change by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. to modify the application of an additional circuit/SDP charge under Rule 7010(f) to non-NASD member firms, effective immediately.
