The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has made available the licensing of a U.S. Patent Application No. 10/159,984, titled 'Teledentistry Consult Management System and Method,' filed on June 3, 2002, with the option for foreign rights (PCT/ US02/17197) and government representation by the Secretary of the Army.
