EPA Comments on Transportation Projects: Environmental Concerns and Mitigation Plans

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has expressed concerns about the environmental impacts of two transportation projects: the Hoosier Heartland Highway in Indiana and the Riverside County Integrated Project in California. The EPA has requested that one or two proposed interchanges be evaluated for deletion to minimize adverse effects on the environment.
