EPA Approves Virginia's Repeal of Perchloroethylene Emission Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the Commonwealth of Virginia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, which repeals emission standards for perchloroethylene dry cleaning systems, effective immediately unless adverse comments are received.
