EPA Approves Virginia Air Quality Plan, Repeals Emission Standards for Perchloroethylene Dry Cleaning Systems
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Virginia State Implementation Plan (SIP), repealing emission standards for perchloroethylene (perc) dry cleaning systems, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
