SBA Amends Delegation of Authority No. 12-G (Revision 1) to Enhance Lender Oversight

The Small Business Administration (SBA) has amended Delegation of Authority No. 12-G (Revision 1) to grant additional lender oversight authority to the Director, Office of Credit Risk Management (D/OCRM), and revise the membership of the Lender Oversight Committee (LOC) in line with the Small Business 7(a) Lending Oversight Reform Act of 2018. The amendment also allows the D/OCRM to review and approve initial applications by 7(a) Lenders and Certified Development Companies (CDCs) for delegated lending authorities.
