SBA Proposes Updates to Loan Programs and Affiliation Standards

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing to update its regulations for several business loan programs, including the SBA Express and Export Express Loan Programs, as well as the Microloan and Development Company (504) loan programs, in an effort to establish clearer affiliation standards.
