Office of Personnel Management Requests OMB Review for Revised Information Collection Form RI 98-7

The Office of Personnel Management is seeking OMB review for a revised information collection form, RI 98-7, used to verify receipt of Social Security Administration disability benefits and prevent overpayment to Federal Employees Retirement System retirees. The form is expected to be completed by approximately 3,000 individuals annually, taking about 5 minutes to fill out.
