SAMHSA Proposes Rule to Implement Charitable Choice for Substance Abuse Services

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is proposing a rule to implement the Charitable Choice provisions for substance abuse services, allowing faith-based organizations to compete for funding alongside other providers.
