EPA Announces Availability of 12 Modified TMDLs for Clean Water Act Waters

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available for public comment the administrative record file for 12 modified Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for waters in the Mermentau and Vermilion/Teche river basins in Louisiana, in response to a lawsuit filed by the Sierra Club and others.
