EPA Proposes Approval of California's State Implementation Plan for Attainment of PM-10 NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve California's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) to meet the particulate matter (PM-10) national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) in the Los Angeles-South Coast Air Basin Area, and to extend the attainment deadline to December 31, 2006.
