RailAmerica, Inc. Exemption for Control and Merger of A&R Line, Inc. and J.K. Line, Inc.

The Board granted an exemption to RailAmerica, Inc., allowing it to acquire control of A&R Line, Inc. and J.K. Line, Inc., two subsidiaries of Cargill, Incorporated, and merge them into the Toledo, Peoria & Western Railway Corporation, subject to certain employee protective conditions.
