EPA Approves Source-Specific Revision to Kentucky's SIP for Lawson Mardon Packaging, USA, Corporation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a source-specific revision to Kentucky's State Implementation Plan (SIP), allowing Lawson Mardon Packaging, USA, Corporation to use a 30-day averaging period instead of the 24-hour period specified by state regulations.
