Castle Rock Development Company and Castle Rock Land Company Apply for Incidental Take Permit for The Meadows in Colorado

The Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Castle Rock Development Company and Castle Rock Land Company for an incidental take permit to construct on a portion of The Meadows property in Castle Rock, Colorado, which would impact the Preble's meadow jumping mouse, a federally listed threatened species.
