EPA Announces Final Agency Action on 37 Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for Arkansas Waters

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken final action on 37 Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for waters in Arkansas, following a lawsuit filed by the Sierra Club and others, in response to a lawsuit styled Sierra Club, et al. v. Clifford, et al., No. LR-C-99-114. The TMDLs can be viewed on the EPA's website at http://www.epa.gov/earth1r6/6wq/artmdl.htm.
