DoD Issues Final Rule on Trade Agreements Act-Exception for U.S.-Made End Products

The US Department of Defense has issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement a determination that applying the Buy American Act to U.S.-made end products substantially transformed in the US would be inconsistent with the public interest for procurements subject to the Trade Agreements Act.
