EPA Announces Availability of Clean Water Act TMDL for Ouachita River Basin

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available for public comment the administrative record file for a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for the Ouachita river basin, which was prepared in response to a court order in a lawsuit against the defendants in Sierra Club, et al. v. Clifford et al., No. 96-0527, (E.D. La.).
