BPA Announces Proposed Transmission and Ancillary Service Rates for October 1, 2003

The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is seeking public comment on its proposed transmission and ancillary service rates, which will take effect on October 1, 2003, and cover the Fiscal Years 2004 and 2005. The proposed rates were reached through a settlement agreement with interested parties, following a public workshop and negotiations over the summer of 2002.
