Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Changes to Bridge Regulations for Miami Beach Marathon

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a temporary rule change to allow the Venetian Causeway bridges across the Miami Beach Channel on the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, and the Brickell Avenue and Miami Avenue bridges across the Miami River, to remain closed during the Miami Tropical Marathon on February 2, 2003.
