Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone Around USS Ronald Reagan in James River

The US Coast Guard has set up a 1000-foot radius safety zone around the USS Ronald Reagan, docked at Newport News Shipbuilding's Pier 2, to prevent vessels from entering the area while the ship conducts catapult testing, posing a hazard to mariners.
