EPA Approves Massachusetts Low Emission Vehicle Program Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which adopts California's Low Emission Vehicle (LEV) standards to reduce volatile organic compounds (VOC) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
