USPS Updates Administrative Charges for Refunds of Unused Meter Stamps and Returned Business Reply Mail

The USPS has revised its Domestic Mail Manual to update the administrative charges for processing refunds for unused meter stamps and business reply mail pieces returned with postage affixed, increasing the charges for the first time in 20 years to reflect the current hourly cost of processing refunds.
